San Jose City (Nueva Ecija, Philippines PH) strategic location gained the title of being a "Gateway to the North" as the city's central business district provides easy access to the province of Nueva Vizcaya and the Cagayan Valley Region (55 kms), to Pangasinan and the Ilocos Regions (38 kms), to the country's Summer Capital Baguio City (116 kms) and likewise to the Dingalan Port (70 kms) in Aurora Province.

The city is situated in the northern part of Nueva Ecija, 47 kilometers away from the seat of the provincial government in Palayan City; 160 kms. north of Manila; 116 kms. south of Baguio City; and approximately 150 kms. west of the Clark Special Economic Zone. It is nestled at the foot of the Caraballo Mountain Range, and it is bounded by the Sierra Madre Mountain in the east, Municipality of Carranglan in the North, Municipalities of Lupao and Talugtog in the West and Science City of Muńoz and Llanera in the South.

PWD Massage Clinic, nagbukas na

Ginanap kahapon (Marso 10) ang launching ng Reflexology Massage Therapy Clinic ng mga PWD o Persons with Disability na matatagpuan sa unang palapag ng Tanggapan ng Public Market.

Naglalayon itong magbigay pangkabuhayan at mapaunlad ang antas ng pamumuhay ng nasabing sektor.

Nagsilbing panauhing tagapagsalita rito si PWD Regional President, Rodolfo Mendoza na nagbigay ng mga mahahalagang mensahe.

Ayon sa kaniya, oportunidad ito na kailangang pagbutihin at gawin ng maayos para lalo pa silang pagkatiwalaan.

Lubos naman ang kanyang paghanga sa lokal na pamahalaan sa pagbibigay nila ng ganitong oportunidad sa mga PWD.

Nauna na rito, matatandaang nagkaroon na ng tatlong araw na pagsasanay sa pagmamasahe ang mga ito noong Oktubre 26 ng nakaraang taon at nagbara-barangay din upang maging bihasa sa larangang ito.
